Converting Color theory to Tattoos by Rob Laux

I have been getting alot of calls and email s lately regarding What kind of colors I use , and how I use them in relation to blending, for texture , placement of highlights , reverse color shadows , etc. ( whether it be washed, full strength or milked out ) . Needle type is also very important. Especially in my realistic or surreal pieces, there will be alot of emphasis on backgrounds there use and placement. So i decided to put together an instructional , whether it be a sit in or an ebook put together and customized for your specific needs. I will cover everything regardless, including an area of what many refer to as the new Black and Grey or True Grey. as this is just as valuable and has several approaches depending how an artist tattoos. I am in no way implieing that I do things Better than anyone else , however if you are fond of the strange colors and usage in my pieces , than this will be very valuable to your day- to - day tattooing. I prefer the artist have at least 2 years experience tattooing and have at least 5 good pics they choose as there best work that represents work that is there favorite .
